Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of Fulfilment Finder (fulfilmentfinder.co.uk), operated by Maia's Company Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What we provide

Fulfilment Finder is a directory and matching platform that connects brands seeking logistics services with UK 3PL and warehouse providers. We do not provide logistics services ourselves. We are an introduction service only.

The AI matching engine provides recommendations based on the information you supply. Matches are suggestions only — you are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before entering into any contract with a provider.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to act on behalf of your business
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• You must provide accurate information when registering
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. For 3PL providers — listings

• Free listings are available to all legitimate UK 3PL and warehouse businesses
• You warrant that all information in your listing is accurate and not misleading
• We reserve the right to remove listings that are inaccurate, inappropriate or in breach of these terms
• Paid subscriptions (Verified, Founding Member) are billed monthly via Stripe and can be cancelled at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Introduction fees (£75 per confirmed introduction) are invoiced automatically when a brand confirms interest. These are non-refundable once an introduction has been made

5. For brands — using the matching service

• The matching service is free for brands
• Matches are provided in good faith based on the information you supply — we do not guarantee that any provider will meet your needs
• You are responsible for verifying provider credentials, accreditations and suitability before engaging them
• Any contract you enter into with a provider is solely between you and that provider — we are not a party to it

6. Reviews

• Reviews must be honest, based on genuine experience and not defamatory
• We reserve the right to remove reviews that are fraudulent, abusive or in breach of these terms
• Providers may not submit reviews of themselves or incentivise others to submit positive reviews

7. Sponsorships

Sponsored placements are clearly labelled "Sponsored" on the site. Sponsors are responsible for ensuring their advertising content is accurate, legal and not misleading under UK advertising standards (CAP Code).

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maia's Company Ltd is not liable for: any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform; the accuracy of provider listings; the outcome of any introduction or contract between a brand and a provider; or any indirect, consequential or special damages.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual property

The Fulfilment Finder brand, website design and original content are owned by Maia's Company Ltd. Provider listings remain the intellectual property of the respective providers. You grant us a licence to display content you upload on the platform.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
